Wool and the Gang | You’re So Square Blanket Kit

This unique and colourful You’re So Square Blanket is a collaborative design by Wool and the Gang and internet wellness star Tara Stiles. Made using 6 different colours, and combining both knitting and crochet, this patchwork blanket makes a truly special addition to your home, and is the perfect intermediate project to keep you warm and busy. This kit is made with Wool and the Gang Crazy Sexy Wool. Soft, chunky and super-easy to work with, this yarn is perfect for winter woollies and accessories and snuggly blankets.At 150cm x 150cm (59″ x 59″) this is a generous throw that you can wrap up in.

Each square is knitted or crocheted separately, using different techniques and stitches to create different textures, and then they are all seamed together.

To care for your finished blanket:
Hand wash only in cold water – do not exceed 30 degrees / Use a delicates hand wash detergent / Give your knits a gentle squeeze and leave in the water for a few minutes / Once done, roll in a clean towel to remove excess water and then dry flat.

What You Need to Make You’re So Square Home Blanket

You will need:

• 15 mm crochet hook like this KnitPro Basix one
• 15 mm needles in your choice of straight or circular – we only offer circular
  • use these KnitPro Basix Fixed Circulars if you want fixed circulars, but this cable is longer than you really need
  • or these Knitpro Symfonie Needle Tips and this KnitPro Swivel Cable if you want interchangeable needles or a shorter cable

We also suggest having on hand:

• scissors
• darning needle to weave in ends
