This fine mending needle is a useful addition to your tool kit. This little hook can be used for picking and up repairing stitches in hand or commercially knitted items, by catching the misbehaving stitch in the little latch hook end. If you sew, it also helps with securing your overlocking thread neatly into the seam. You may even be able to use it to pick up a laddered stocking!
