Dust Bunny is a light and airy cardigan featuring a rolled stocking stitch collar and ribbed hem. This cardigan is a simple knit, featuring seamless top down construction with minimal shaping and a relaxed fit, and is size-inclusive. It is easy to wear and quick to whip up! Designed by Beata Jezek, the founder and creative mind behind Hedgehog Fibres, it is made from her personal favourite, Hedgehog Fibres Alpaca Bouclé. (Don’t believe me? Don’t let that scary bouclé word put you off – Alpaca Bouclé is soft, light, and lovely to knit with, and a great alternative to a silk mohair blend in any pattern that calls for it.
The sample is made in a one-of-a-kind colourway, but will look amazing in any of Hedgehog Fibre’s colours.

Recommended ease: 12 – 18 inches depending on size
Pattern gauge: 17 sts and 24 rows = 4” / 10 cm in stockinette stitch, blocked lightly by washing and laying flat to dry
Recommended needles: 4 mm / US6 needles, 80 cm / 32” circular needle. Same needle and magic loop technique to knit the sleeves in the round, or double pointed needles if preferred. Adjust needle size to obtain correct gauge.
