Anna Nikipirowicz was taught to knit and crochet as a child by her very talented mother who was renowned for her work. One day as an adult she rediscovered her skills and an obsession was born, and she has not stopped knitting, crocheting and designing since. She has worked as a design consultant for Rowan Yarns, a workshop tutor (teaching knitting and crocheting across the UK), and as a designer, with her designs regularly featured in craft magazines and several books to her name.
